Returns are available for damaged or faulty items only.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
We are unable to provide refunds for incorrect choice or change of mind purchases, you will instead receive an online credit.
We do not provide online credits or refunds for shipping unless the item delivered is incorrect, damaged or faulty.
You will receive your online store credit coupon once your return has been processed and approved.This may take up to 7 days.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned fails to meet our refund policy requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: All sales on reduced items are final, we will not accept returns on sale items.
This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Laws.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ?
* Contact us to inform what you are returning, the reason why and if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
* Fill out your returns form you received with your item(s).
* Ensure the item(s) is in it's original condition with all tags attached.
* Package up your item(s) securely and send back within 14 days, use a traceable service.

Uglisista will not be responsible for any items that goes missing or are damaged whilst in transit.
DO YOU COVER COSTS FOR RETURNS ?
Customers will have to return item(s) at their own expense. We are pleased to offer free express postage on any orders requiring an exchange.
WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND TO CLEAR ?
Please allow up to 4 days from the date we received the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.
HOW LONG DO CREDIT NOTES LAST FOR ?
Credit notes will be valid for up to 6 months from the date issued.
