Policy Refund

As we pride ourselves with customer satisfaction, if for any reason you are unhappy with product you received, simply return it to us. we will happily provide an exchange, credit or refund under the following conditions :-

* Items to be returned within 5 days of receiving your purchase

* Items must be in a saleable condition with all tags attached

* Items must not be worn, damaged, washed or altered.

* Sale items may only be exchanged/returned for a credit if item faulty

*This policy does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Laws.

*Change of mind only results in exchange.

* Store credit valid for 30 days.

*SHOES
Please, whilst trying on shoes, avoid any hard or rough surfaces before they are worn generally. Shoes will not be accepted for return if there any sole markings or scratches. The box must be returned with the shoes.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN ?
* Contact us to inform what you are returning, the reason why and if you would like an exchange, credit or refund.
* Fill out your returns form you received with your item(s).
* Ensure the item(s) is in it's original condition with all tags attached.
* Package up your item(s) securely and send back within 14 days, use a traceable service.

Uglisista will not be responsible for any items that goes missing or are damaged whilst in transit.

DO YOU COVER COSTS FOR RETURNS ?
Customers will have to return item(s) at their own expense. We are pleased to offer free express postage on any orders requiring an exchange.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY REFUND TO CLEAR ?
Please allow up to 4 days from the date we received the package to process your refund. From there, the funds can take between 24-72 hours to clear.

HOW LONG DO CREDIT NOTES LAST FOR ?
Credit notes will be valid for up to 6 months from the date issued.
